By booking an appointment with and/or purchasing products from R3 Esthetics, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions listed below.
How can I contact R3 Esthetics for service issues or orders?
If you have any issues with your service or order, please call us at (504) 939-8824. We're here to help!
Refund/Exchange Policy
R3 Esthetics does not offer refunds on any services. However, we do offer solutions:
• For Services: We’ll be more than happy to reschedule you to come back in for a cleanup if it’s within 3-5 days of your wax appointment.
• For Products: Customers may return or exchange products as long as they aren't used. Please contact us before you send the product back to make sure that your desired alternative product is in stock.
Orders may be returned under the following terms:
• Return within 30 days of receipt
• The products is unused and in its original packaging.
• The product was not a 'final sale' item.
Please keep the tracking number and all relevant shipping information in the unlikely event that we do not receive your return shipment.
If a product arrives damaged, our carriers require photo documentation for reimbursement and quality control. In the event that your product(s) is defected, snap a photo and email the image to r3esthetics@gmail.com.(mailto:R3esthetics@gmail.com) Please include your name, order number, and a brief message. We will ship a replacement or issue a refund within a few days.
Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to reflect in your account. If it has been after 10 business days, please contact us.(www.r3esthetics.com/contact)

Late/Cancellation Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients are given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will incur. If there is no availability, client must reschedule appointment.

No call, no shows will automatically forfeit any payments and be banned from future bookings.
Where are R3 Esthetics' locations and what are their hours?
R3 Esthetics has two convenient locations: 3343 Metairie Rd, Suite 7, Metairie, LA 70001, and 1428 Gause Blvd, Suite 106, Slidell, LA 70458. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM to 4 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
Shipping Policy
All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. If we are unable to verify your address, we may contact you to verify or provide an alternative address. Please verify that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct. SKYNZ is not responsible for any address errors made during the checkout process that might result in a delivery to the wrong address.
Standard orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days after shipping. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.
We also ship standard orders to US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii, which are shipped via USPS. These shipments may require additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight, and size.
Please note that deliveries may take longer during holidays and peak season.
International Shipping Policy
Due to import restrictions as a result of COVID-19, International Shipping has been temporarily suspended. We are currently only able to ship to the following countries: Canada and Mexico.
Please note that if and when we consider International Shipping, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for further details. SKYNZ #1 priority is health and safety.
